The third step in reinventing your body is to build your fitness level on top of the foundation skills from Step 1 and Step 2. This is the fitness work we all know (and probably either love or hate depending on your view of exercise). 

In this final step, you use your new core stability and body control to build endurance, strength, balance, agility, power, or whatever your particular fitness goal might require. The key here is that whatever you do is backed by good movement patterns and body control.

This is where you learn how to create workouts that are a lot more effective.

This is where you learn how to take your fitness to a new level and in a way that's good for your body.
